Michael Bozeman joined Halstead in January 2007 to manage the operations of the firm's construction arm, bringing with him more than three decades of experience in construction management, facility management and operations support. Bozeman has handled capital budgets in the millions of dollars, and has overseen everything from regulatory compliance to vehicle fleets. During his long tenure with KinderCare Learning Centers, he supervised multiple departments while designing and implementing the company's maintenance work order system and facilities management software program. With Spectrum Stores, Inc., Bozeman was responsible for building numerous facilities from the ground up, and for re-imaging and remodeling the company's entire fleet of 125 stores in 2005 and 2006. In 2008 Bozeman moved over to Halstead, LLC as its Vice President to handle logistics and support associated with the development of sites for Halstead Developers, LLC.
