Joe McElroy
Executive Vice President of Development

Joe McElroy has been in the development business for more than thirty years, seven of which he has spent with Halstead. As Halstead's Executive Vice President in charge of development activities, McElroy oversees all of the company's commercial real estate development projects. He is served in this capacity by the professional relationships he has built with national retailers through his involvement in the development of power centers anchored by stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, and CVS across the United States. McElroy is a Jacksonville State University graduate, where he earned a degree in business administration. He is married and has two children.
